Hudson Table is opening in Princeton and we’re looking for talented and passionate Lead Chefs to help us launch our newest studio! This is a unique opportunity to be part of building something from the ground up—bringing Hudson Table’s signature culinary experiences to a new community.
We specialize in hands-on cooking classes, high-energy chef competitions, and private catered events hosted in our open kitchens. As a Lead Chef in Princeton, you’ll play a key role in shaping the guest experience, growing our new location, and building strong relationships with a brand-new audience.
What You’ll Do
- Help launch Hudson Table Princeton by leading classes, competitions, and events
- Teach hands-on cooking classes using Hudson Table’s menus and methods
- Develop and execute menus for catering and chef’s table dinners
- Lead and mentor Kitchen Assistants to deliver seamless events
- Engage with guests in a fun, interactive open-kitchen setting
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen

Qualifications
- Culinary degree preferred; minimum 5 years of experience in professional kitchens
- Background in teaching, catering, or events a strong plus
Strong leadership, multitasking, and guest engagement skills

Comfortable lifting 40–60 lbs, working nights/weekends

- 2–3 shifts per week, including weekends
