Overview
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Head Chef to lead our culinary team. This role involves overseeing all kitchen operations, developing innovative menus, and ensuring the highest standards of food quality, safety, and presentation. Duties
- Lead and manage the entire kitchen team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

- Manage inventory control, monitor stock levels, and coordinate with suppliers for timely procurement.

- Coordinate catering events and banquet services, ensuring seamless execution from setup to service.
- Oversee shift management, including scheduling staff and maintaining smooth daily operations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in fine dining environments with strong banquet and catering background.
- Supervising experience in a high-volume kitchen setting.
- Extensive culinary experience with expertise in food production, menu planning, and kitchen management.
- Knowledge of dietary requirements, food safety standards, and inventory management practices.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team.
- Strong background in restaurant or hospitality management with excellent organizational skills.
