American Traveler is seeking a travel RN for an ICU Nights position at a community hospital in Warsaw, IN, requiring critical care experience and an active IN or compact RN license.

Located in a 72-bed community hospital with a 14-bed ICU
-
Patient population includes vent-dependent patients, those on IV drips, IV sedation, and post-procedure recoveries after hours
-
Patient ratio is 2:1 or 3:1 depending on acuity
-
Night shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
-
Every 3rd weekend required
-
No on-call requirements
-
Floating may be required to MS Telemetry with a 6:1 ratio, or MS overflow/PCU at 1:5
-
EMR: Cerner
-
Active IN or compact RN license required
-
Current BLS and ACLS certifications required (no certifications expiring within the first 30 days of start)

1–2 years of critical care experience required

Critical care clinical skills required; ECMO and trauma ERRT experience are not required

Current, valid driver's license required
-
No employment gaps of 90 days or more in the past 12 months

Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility; local candidates are not accepted

Responsibilities include managing vent-dependent patients, IV drips, IV sedation, and occasional post-procedure recoveries after hours

Candidates who have worked as permanent staff at any CHS facility within the past 2 years are not eligible
-
RTO requests must be for less than one full week
