Our outpatient provider team concentrates on direct patient care with high quality clinical outcomes and is supported by a team of medical staff, outpatient home health care programs and an acute care hospitalist/SNF team.

Requirements:
- Completed an accredited program with national certification
- Active and unrestricted California Licensure
- Valid DEA Certificate in good standing
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive physical examinations on patients, including patient assessments and medical history reviews.
- Provide primary care services to patients, focusing on internal medicine and adult family medicine (patient population 18+ years of age).
- Utilize medical expertise to diagnose and treat various medical conditions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.
- Stay current with medical advancements and best practices in the field of internal medicine and family medicine.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $140,000.00 - $170,000.00 per year
