RATE OF PAY: $11.50/HR. + TIPS. *Possible Pay Increase of 0% - 3% After 90 Days.
JOB SUMMARY: Redeem Cash-Out Tickets and Table Game Chips, Gift Certificates, Kiosk Coupons and other promotional coupons. Perform check cashing and cash advance services. Make change for guests and floor personnel.
QUALIFICATIONS: Native American preference. High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. Minimum of one (1) year experience in high volume cash handling preferred. Banking or Casino cashiering experience preferred. Previous customer service experience preferred.
PHYSICAL, MENTAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS: Must be able to work in an intense and fast paced environment with a high degree of concentration. Must be able to stand for a full eight (8) hour shift. Must be courteous, alert, neat and friendly. Quality guest service must be the primary concern. Must be capable of carrying/lifting twenty-five (25) pounds of coin. Manual dexterity required.

Make change, cash checks and perform cash advance services for guests and floor personnel as specified by policy and procedure guidelines. Responsible and accountable for impressed amount of drawer. Must process transactions accurately and maintain window variance to a minimum. Perform any other duties assigned by Supervisor.
Must be able to meet the attendance guidelines of the position, adhere to and enforce all departmental and company policies, and attend all mandatory trainings. Must comply with and enforce all safety policies and rules.
