Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating CNC machines to produce precision parts and components according to specifications. This role requires a strong understanding of machining processes, blueprint reading, and the ability to work with various tools and equipment. The CNC Machinist will ensure high-quality production while adhering to safety standards and maintaining a clean work environment.
Responsibilities
- Operate CNC milling machines and other machining equipment to produce parts with precision.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD files to determine machining specifications.
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, and coordinate measuring machines (CMM) for assembly and quality control.
- Perform routine maintenance on machines and troubleshoot any issues that arise during production.
- Assemble components as required, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and improve efficiency.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a CNC Machinist or in a similar role within the manufacturing industry.
- Proficiency in operating milling machines, lathes, and other machining equipment.
- Strong skills in blueprint reading and CAD software.
- Familiarity with coordinate measuring machines (CMM) for quality assurance.
- Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
