We are seeking a dedicated and adaptable Part-time Closer to join our educational team. The Part-time Closer will engage with children, assist teachers, and ensure a nurturing environment that promotes child welfare and development.
Responsibilities
- Provide attentive care to infants, toddlers and young children, ensuring their safety and well-being.
- Assist in lesson planning and implement educational activities that foster literacy education and childhood development.
- Support classroom management by helping maintain a structured and positive learning environment.
- Collaborate with teachers to create engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles.
- Monitor children's progress and provide feedback to educators regarding individual needs or concerns.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance skills related to childcare and educational practices.
Requirements
- Experience in toddler care or early childhood education is required.
- Strong understanding of child welfare principles and practices.
- Ability to effectively manage classroom dynamics while ensuring a supportive atmosphere for all students.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with children, parents, and staff.
