Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Construction General Laborer to support construction projects by performing a variety of physical tasks on job sites. The ideal candidate will assist skilled tradespeople, maintain a clean and safe work environment, and help ensure projects are completed efficiently and safely.
*MUST HAVE AN MSHA CERTIFICATION*
Responsibilities
- Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment
- Assist carpenters, electricians, plumbers, and other trades as needed
- Prepare and clean construction sites
- Remove debris, trash, and hazardous materials from work areas
- Set up and dismantle scaffolding, barricades, and temporary structures
- Perform demolition, site preparation, and basic construction tasks
- Transport materials and supplies around the site
Qualifications
- Previous construction or labor experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift 50–100 pounds repeatedly
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team

Physical Requirements
- Standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and lifting for extended periods
- Climbing ladders and working at heights when necessary
- Manual dexterity and physical stamina
Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
