Are you an experienced salesperson who enjoys helping customers bring their home improvement projects to life? We're looking for a motivated, organized Sales Consultant to join our Phoenix showroom.
What You'll Do
As a Sales Representative, you'll manage your customers from the first showroom visit through the completion of their project.
Responsibilities include:
- Help customers select flooring, cabinetry, and related home improvement products.
- Build estimates.
- Schedule in-home measurements and job-site walkthroughs/ installs.
- Communicate with customers, installers, and office staff throughout each project.
Qualifications
- 1+ year of sales experience preferred.
- Flooring, cabinetry, remodeling, or home improvement experience is highly preferred.
- Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects at various stages simultaneously.
Requirements
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Ability to work a retail schedule including weekends.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Compensation
- 100% Commission-Based

Pay: $40,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
