Food & Beverage Server
Summary (Essential Functions): Provide consistently excellent food & beverage service to Club members and guests.
Breakfast and Lunch: Tuesday-Sunday, 7 a.m. -4 p.m.
Dinner Service: pre scheduled private dinners
Details:
- Provide an outstanding, engaging dining experience for our members and guests
- Be well informed of all menu offerings, including specials
- Provide prompt attention to all members and guests
- Be friendly, available and exceptional always
- Be knowledgeable and able to work point-of-sale
- Follow standard operating procedures
- Verify accuracy of all charges
- Keep tables, dining room, and wait station areas clean and neat
- Inform supervisor/manager of any complaints as soon as they occur
- Perform clean-up and closing duties as assigned by supervisor and/or manager
- Attend pre-shift line-up, menu tastings, and any other meetings as prescribed by management
- Consistently follow local laws, state laws, and Club policies and procedures for service of alcoholic beverages to members and guests
- Set up wait stations and perform assigned prep work
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications: The ideal candidate will possess excellent people skills, basic food and wine knowledge, and the ability to multi-task. The candidate will be reliable and have a strong work ethic with a ‘team mentality.’ The position requires flexible availability and effective communication skills. All candidates will work to ensure the fulfillment of the Club’s mission to provide a warm and friendly environment for our members and guests, through commitment and dedication with a personal touch.
Salary & Benefits: Competitive benefits for eligible employees include paid time off, insurance, and 401(k) retirement plan after term of service requirements have been fulfilled. This is an hourly position paid at a flat rate.
