About Brooke House Academy:
Brooke House Academy USA is a Full Time Academy combining Soccer and Education for Elite Level Youth Soccer players. Brooke House Academy USA has three Academy Campus’ across Florida (Orlando, Jacksonville & Tampa). Students of Middle School and High School Age will complete training and performance work each morning, followed by online education in the afternoon.
The Brooke House Brand originates from England; home to a Full Time International Soccer Academy within a school setting. The highly reputable, and prestigious Brooke House England has developed over sixty-five players into the Professional Game.
Our focus is to offer elite level training program for each student, while delivering excellence in the classroom.
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Coach to be able to lead Soccer related provision at our Jacksonville Campus. This involves delivering all on field and off field work around the Brooke House Curriculum for Academy players.
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Design sessions and practices related to the Brooke House USA Curriculum
- Lead the delivery of all on field Soccer Work
- Assist and deliver all physical related work to Academy players from strength training to recovery based exercizes
- Record and log data related to academy players performance and feedback relating to exercises
- Conduct scheduled Individual Learning plan meetings around each players development consistently updating their ILP Plan
- Assist and complete fitness testing quarterly of Academy players
- Communicate daily and weekly with the Brooke House Director of Soccer
- Take a key role in recruitment of Academy Players for Head Coaches specific campus
- Make full use of all equipment to setup sessions
- Create positive and professional relationships with all Academy players
- Assist the Full Time Teacher within the Classroom in the afternoon portion of the day
- Mentor and act as a positive role model for all Academy players both on and off the field
Qualifications, Experience & Requirements:
Essential:
- USSF C License (Or Equivalent)
- Previous experience of coaching within an Elite Soccer Environment
- Previous experience of working with youth players
- A proven track record of developing players to a higher level
- IT Competent with Google Sheets, Excel etc…
- Positive and passionate to work with young athletes
Desirable:
- Qualifications within the sports performance sector
- Previous playing experience within soccer at an elite level
- Experience of leading the delivery within a sport and exercise setting
- College level degree
Hours of work:
Monday – Thursday
Either: 8am - 11am or 12pm - 3pm
(Term time)
Renumeration and Benefits:
Salary Range: $65 - $75 per session. There will also be plenty of opportunities to pick up extra hours completing full days.
