About Bickie Beans
Bickie Beans is a new, cat-themed coffee roasting brand inspired by Australian coffee culture, good coffee, and our love of cats. We're currently building our audience ahead of our planned Kickstarter launch.
We're looking for someone creative to help us grow our presence specifically on Instagram and Facebook.
What You'll Do
- Create and manage content for Instagram and Facebook
- Come up with creative ideas for Reels, photos, Stories, and other social content
- Write fun, engaging captions
- Develop and maintain a consistent posting schedule
- Help grow our audience and increase engagement
- Showcase our coffee, roasting process, brand, and cat mascot
- Build excitement around our upcoming Kickstarter launch
- Respond to comments and messages and engage with our audience
- Pay attention to what content performs well and use those insights to improve future content
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who:
- Enjoys Instagram, Facebook, and creating content
- Has a good understanding of what makes people stop scrolling
- Is creative and comfortable coming up with their own ideas
- Can create and/or edit short-form videos and Reels
- Has a good eye for photography, design, and branding
- Can write fun, engaging social media copy
- Is reliable, organized, and comfortable working independently
- Doesn't necessarily need years of professional experience — we're much more interested in creativity, initiative, and your ability to create great content
Bonus points if you're a coffee lover, cat person, or both!

Position Details

- Position: Part-time / freelance
- Schedule: Flexible
- Work: Primarily remote
- Compensation: $300/month plus performance bonuses (TO START)
