At In Town Restoration, we believe top performers should be rewarded. Our compensation plan is designed to maximize your earning potential while keeping the process transparent and easy to understand.
Commission Structure (10/60/40)
- A 10% Management Fee is deducted from the net profit of each completed project.
- The remaining net profit is then split:
- 60% to the Sales Representative
- 40% to In Town Restoration
Example
Contract Amount: $10,000
- Contract Value: $10,000
- Materials & Labor: $5,000
- Net Profit: $5,000
- 10% Management Fee: $500
- Remaining Profit: $4,500
Your Commission (60%): $2,700
Company Share (40%): $1,800
