Fun Outdoor Living is seeking an experienced, highly organized Warehouse & Delivery Operations Manager to lead our warehouse, inventory, and delivery operations.
This is not a desk-management position. We need a hands-on leader who takes ownership, creates order, holds people accountable, and works alongside the team when needed.
Our products include hot tubs, swim spas, saunas, cold plunges, outdoor living products, and accessories. Delivering these products correctly and professionally is an important part of the customer’s experience with our company.
The right person will take pride in maintaining an organized warehouse and developing a delivery team that takes equal pride in the delivery, placement, assembly, and presentation of our products at the customer’s home.
What You Will Own
Warehouse Organization & Inventory Control
- Maintain a clean, organized, labeled, and efficient warehouse at all times.
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and warehouse records.
- Ensure merchandise is received, inspected, labeled, entered into the system, and stored in the correct location.
- Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies promptly.
- Maintain accurate records for ICPOs, store transfers, receiving, deliveries, and inventory movements.
- Ensure paperwork and system transactions are completed—not left for someone else to follow up on.
- Maintain designated staging areas for upcoming deliveries and transfers.
Delivery & Installation Operations
- Manage the daily and weekly delivery schedule.
- Ensure products are properly picked, inspected, staged, loaded, and documented before leaving the warehouse.
- Verify that every delivery includes all required accessories, components, paperwork, and customer-purchased items.
- Ensure hot tubs, spas, saunas, and accessories are properly prepared for delivery.
- Coordinate assembly and installation of accessories and related products.
- Develop a delivery team that takes pride in leaving the customer’s property and new product clean, complete, properly assembled, and professionally presented.
- Minimize return trips caused by missing products, accessories, paperwork, tools, or poor preparation.
Leadership & Accountability
- Lead, motivate, train, and hold warehouse and delivery employees accountable.
- Establish clear expectations for productivity, organization, cleanliness, and customer service.
- Conduct daily assignments and make sure small tasks and loose ends are completed.
- Follow up instead of assuming something was done.
- Work alongside the team when necessary to get the job completed.
- Create an environment where employees take pride in their warehouse, trucks, equipment, deliveries, and workmanship.
- Develop employees and address performance problems quickly.
- Prepare employee schedules and verify timekeeping weekly.

- Ensure damaged, missing, incorrect, or backordered items are documented and followed up on promptly.
- Coordinate with sales, service, purchasing, and store personnel to resolve outstanding customer issues.
- Maintain a clear list of open items and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
- Communicate proactively when a delivery or customer commitment is at risk.
Vehicles, Equipment & Safety
- Maintain delivery vehicles, forklifts, trailers, machinery, and warehouse equipment.
- Establish and enforce weekly vehicle and equipment inspections, including fluids, fuel, tires, cleanliness, and required maintenance.
- Train employees on safe and proper operation of forklifts and warehouse equipment.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and professional work environment.
