New Benefits for You
- Hiring Bonus: $1000 for new hires ($500 after 6 months of completed training; additional $500 after 12 months).
- Minimum of 20 hours/week required.
- Emergency Shift Bonuses: $100 for 24-hour shifts and $200 for 48-hour shifts picked up within 24 hours of the weekend.
Competitive Pay Rates
- Part-Time Weekday/Training: $17/hr
- Weekend/Full-Time: $20/hr
- For 24/48-hour shifts, which include sleep overnights (unpaid sleep time ranging from 5 to 8 hours per shift).

- Work up 2-4 weekends a month; earn up to $320 for a 24-hour shift or $640 for a 48-hour shift.

Responsibilities
- Engage individuals in activities and community outings, promoting social interaction.
- Assist with personal care, medication administration, and meal preparation.
- Maintain a clean and organized living environment.
- Transport individuals to appointments and outings, ensuring their safety.
- Implement individualized care plans and behavior support strategies.
- Document observations and communicate effectively with team members.
- Provide emotional support and advocacy for individuals.
- Attend training sessions and staff meetings for professional development.
Requirements
- First aid, CPR certification, and medication administration training (reimbursed by employer).
- Valid driver's license, safe and reliable vehicle with valid insurance.
- Minimum 18 years of age.
- Background and motor vehicle check required.
