Founded in 2011, one of DrJ Engineering LLC’s primary objectives is to support the construction industry by evaluating new and innovative building materials, products, services, designs, and/or methods of construction for use in the structural and building envelope sector. In 2015, DrJ received its ANSI accreditation as a product certification body under ISO/IEC 17065 to provide certification within our area of expertise.
The team at DrJ works alongside creative companies to bring new and existing products, processes, and services to the market professionally, reliably, and cost-effectively through generally accepted engineering practice and our unique approach to ANAB ISO/IEC 17065 accredited certification services. We excel at providing code compliance for alternative materials through research reports called Technical Evaluation Reports (TER), which include the option for signed and sealed TERs, giving clients, design professionals, and building officials a higher level of confidence in the certified product.
