Job Description
Vulkan REI Services is the fastest growing project management company with a strictly investor-based customer base in Northeast Ohio. That means consistent, long-term jobs with no hovering customers, furniture to move or wondering what the next job is going to look like.
Our goal is to build long-term partnerships with dependable subcontractors, not just fill a single project.
What We Handle
We handle the project pipeline, estimating, scope of work, material coordination of all major materials, scheduling and communications, so you can focus on delivering quality workmanship, completing projects efficiently and growing your business.
Job Expectations
- Proven experience in your trade (1 year required)
- Reliable transportation, tools, and equipment
- General liability insurance
- Ability to complete work with quality and efficiency
- Professional communication and dependable scheduling
- Ability to maintain clean job-sites
- Photos of past work and references preferred
- Ability to complete agreed upon scopes of work
