Duties

- Conduct route driving to visit clients, deliver products, or perform merchandising tasks efficiently.
- Utilize strong communication skills to explain product features, pricing options, and upselling opportunities.
- Assist customers with their inquiries, provide personalized recommendations, and ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Manage merchandising displays to attract attention and maximize sales potential at various locations.
- Handle heavy lifting of products or promotional materials safely and efficiently during deliveries or setup.
- Maintain organized records of sales activities, route schedules, and customer interactions for seamless operations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales or customer service roles; military background is a plus for discipline and teamwork skills.
- Strong understanding of pricing strategies and the ability to apply math skills for accurate transactions.
- Valid driver’s license with commercial driving experience preferred for route driving responsibilities.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to upsell products confidently while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks safely during merchandising or delivery activities.
- Organizational skills necessary for managing routes, schedules, and inventory effectively.
