Salary: $115,000 – $125,000 annually + Quarterly Bonuses

Our providers deliver patient-centered care through active listening, medication management, and individualized treatment planning.
Founded by triple board-certified psychiatrist Dr. Pari Deshmukh (Dr. Desh), Balanced Wellbeing is a rapidly growing organization expanding behavioral health access across post-acute and community settings. We are seeking Clinical Psychologists who are passionate about geriatric care and interested in practicing within skilled nursing and assisted living environments throughout the Boca Raton and Lake Worth region.

Key Responsibilities
- Travel to assigned skilled nursing and assisted living facilities throughout the Boca Raton / Lake Worth territory (30–60 minutes each way)
- Conduct psychotherapy assessments and screenings
- Perform neuropsychological testing
- Develop and recommend non-pharmacological interventions
- Provide individual talk therapy
- Round on patients and collaborate with families and facility staff
- Respond to facility calls (no formal on-call requirement)
- Complete documentation and clinical notes in a timely manner
- Meet daily productivity and patient encounter expectations
Qualifications
- Licensed Psychologist in the State of Florida (PsyD or PhD) – Required
- Active NPI Number
- Ability to pass Level II Background Screening
- Verifiable professional references
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient computer and documentation skills
- Highly organized, efficient, and patient-focused
