Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and energetic Certified Lash Technician to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will specialize in providing expert eyelash extension services while delivering exceptional guest experiences. Your passion for beauty, combined with your technical skills and customer service expertise, will help clients feel confident and pampered in our welcoming salon.
Duties
- Perform eyelash extension applications with precision and attention to detail, ensuring safety and satisfaction.
- Consult with clients to understand their desired look and recommend suitable lash styles and treatments.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all work areas, adhering to health regulations.
- Manage appointment scheduling using salon software such Fresha
- Upsell additional beauty services and retail products, including lash care and skincare items.
- Educate clients on proper aftercare to prolong the lifespan of their eyelash extensions.
- Engage with clients through social media management to promote services, showcase work, and build community.
Experience
- Proven experience as a Certified Lash Technician or in a similar cosmetology role specializing in eyelash extensions.
- Certification in eyelash extension application from an accredited program.
- Knowledge of sanitation practices, dermal fillers, botulinum toxin treatments, and other esthetic procedures is a plus.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to provide excellent customer service and personalized consultations.
- Familiarity with salon management software such as Millennium or MINDBODY for scheduling and client records.
- Experience with retail sales, upselling techniques, and social media management to grow client engagement.

Pay: $250.00 - $1,300.00 per day
