ClearChoice Dental Implant Centers has been helping change lives since 2005 by restoring more than smiles. We help patients regain their confidence, health, and quality of life. We’re looking for a strong, people-first leader to help drive both the patient experience and business performance of our growing dental center in Woburn. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building high-performing teams, creating exceptional patient experiences, and leading with both accountability and heart.
This is a hands-on leadership opportunity with significant autonomy, direct partnership with the doctors, and the ability to make a real impact on the culture and growth of the practice.
What You’ll Do
As the Operations Director, you’ll oversee the day-to-day operations of the dental center while helping create an exceptional experience for both patients and staff.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading daily operations to ensure both clinical excellence and strong business performance
- Working closely with the doctors to ensure alignment in leadership, communication, and team expectations
- Overseeing the full patient journey, from consultation through treatment completion
- Managing and supporting a multidisciplinary team of doctors, clinicians, and administrative staff
- Creating a collaborative, accountable, and positive team culture
- Driving operational strategies that support growth, efficiency, and profitability
- Monitoring KPIs, financial performance, budgets, forecasts, and P&L performance
- Identifying opportunities for operational improvement through reporting and data analysis
- Ensuring compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Supporting hiring, coaching, training, and ongoing staff development
- Understanding front desk operations thoroughly and stepping in to support the team when needed
- Learning and implementing the ClearChoice consultation and sales process, including guiding patients through consultations, treatment education, personalized treatment options, and the financial process to help them confidently move forward with care
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking someone who is both operationally sharp and genuinely great with people — a leader who can motivate a team, manage performance, and create a positive patient experience while also being willing to jump in wherever needed.
Ideal candidates will have:
- 5–8+ years of progressive leadership experience
- Proven P&L ownership experience, ideally overseeing $3M+ in revenue
- A track record of meeting and exceeding revenue and performance goals
- Experience managing multidisciplinary teams of 8–25 employees
- Strong business acumen, including KPI management, forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning
- The ability to balance clinical operations with business performance
- Confidence in a consultative sales environment and comfort discussing treatment plans and financial options with patients
- A hands-on leadership style with a willingness to support front office operations when necessary
- Experience in healthcare, dental, aesthetics, med spa, elective medical, or other high-ticket consultative sales environments preferred
- Bachelor’s degree required
- MBA or healthcare management background preferred
Why This Role Stands Out
This is more than an operations role — it’s an opportunity to help shape the future of a growing practice while working alongside a collaborative leadership team that values excellence, accountability, and patient care. We believe great culture drives great results, and we’re looking for someone who wants to build both.
