Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of apartment units, including dusting, surface cleaning, floor care, carpet cleaning, and sanitation of all surfaces to meet high standards of cleanliness.
- Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures efficiently across various areas such as kitchens, bathrooms, living spaces, and outdoor patios.
- Maintain cleanliness of common areas like hallways, lobbies, laundry rooms, and outdoor spaces through regular sweeping, mopping, dusting, and surface cleaning.
- Communicate professionally with residents regarding their cleaning requests or concerns to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.Qualifications
- Proven experience in residential cleaning or housekeeping management; janitorial or custodial experience is highly valued.
- Familiarity with cleaning detergents, disinfectants, floor care products, and proper sanitation techniques.
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently within scheduled timeframes.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with residents and team members.
- Knowledge of various cleaning surfaces and equipment operation including carpet cleaners and floor buffers.
- Basic understanding of cooking is a nice-to-have skill that can assist in overall household management when needed.
