Inspired Living is seeking an Assistant Director of Health and Wellness Full-Time at our Inspired Living at Hidden Lakes senior living community located in Bradenton, FL!

The Assistant Director of Health and Wellness assists the Health and Wellness Director in managing daily clinical operations to ensure resident-centered, compliant, and high-quality care. Provide leadership, training, and oversight to nursing and care staff and assist with admissions, care planning, family communication, and quality initiatives. On-call coverage as assigned.
Essential Functions

On-Call 24 hours a day for a minimum of seven (7) days per week alternating weekly with Health & Wellness Director/Supervisor
- Conducts initial, re-assessments and change in condition assessments as assigned, including all assessments and self-medication assessments.

Completes medication reviews for all residents on medication assistance program.

Develops and Updates health care plans as delegated

Completes Controlled Substance Reviews

Completes Wellness Checks and initiates needed referrals to respond to findings.
- Follows-Up with Wellness Checks for all Residents.

Updates electronic medical records as indicated and needed

Provides resident medications as needed.

Follows infection control and universal precautions.

Provides in-services and training to staff.

Maintains confidentiality and HIPAA regulations of all residents.

Other duties as assigned.
Education, Experience and Requirements:
LPN bi-lingual (English and Spanish) preferred.
First Aid/CPR/AED certification and required CEUs maintained.
Preferred: 2+ years leadership experience in senior living, memory care, long‑term care, or acute care.
Strong communication, clinical assessment, care‑planning, coaching, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
Ability to train staff, manage documentation, and apply regulatory standards.
Proficient with electronic medical records and Microsoft Office.
Valid driver's license preferred
