Job Description: Pool Area Attendant
Job Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
- Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with Property Owners, guests, employees, and supervisory/administrative staff.
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize workload.
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
- Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently.
- Comfortable communicating with members and guests in a professional and courteous manner.
- Ability to help maintain pool area standards and support a safe, welcoming environment.
Job Duties:
- Meet and greet Property Owners and guests in a professional and friendly manner.
- Maintain pool area service operations.
- Assist pool staff by helping communicate and support Wexford’s pool policies and procedures.
- Take out and pick up trash in the pool area.
- Wash, dry, and fold pool towels.
- Straighten furniture around the pool area.
- Maintain the appearance of the pool area.
- Answer questions and provide information to members and guests as needed.
- Perform any other duties and/or tasks that may be assigned on an as-needed basis.
