Are you a compassionate, detail-oriented RN who thrives in a surgical setting? At Columbia Orthopaedic Group, our Pre-Op/PACU Nurses provide exceptional patient care before and after surgery while helping create a safe, efficient, and positive experience for every patient.
What You’ll Do

Assess, prepare, and monitor patients before and after surgical procedures

Administer medications and treatments while assisting physicians as needed

Provide patient and family education to support quality care and recovery

Maintain accurate documentation and follow infection control standards

Collaborate with the surgical team to create a positive patient experience
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing with current RN license

CPR and ACLS certifications required

Minimum 1 year of pre-op, intra-op, or PACU nursing experience
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills

Ability to adapt in a fast-paced surgical environment
