Duties

- Support catering events by preparing large quantities of food efficiently and accurately

Requirements
- Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or a similar role within a restaurant or food industry setting
- Strong knife skills and proficiency in meal preparation techniques
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
- Experience with dietary department protocols or dietary aide responsibilities is a plus
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills to coordinate with kitchen staff and servers
- Previous culinary or kitchen experience, including menu planning and food industry knowledge, is highly desirable
