We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks. Duties
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Answer phone calls promptly and professionally, directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
- Manage scheduling and appointments using office management software.
- Maintain an organized front desk area, ensuring all materials are stocked and accessible.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages efficiently.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as appointment reports.
- Provide customer support by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth office operations.
Requirements
- Proven experience in an office receptionist role is preferred.
- Proficiency in Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Calendar) is essential.
- Familiarity with phone systems and excellent phone etiquette skills are required.
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
