Idaho plumbing contractor looking for an Office Manager. Individual is a key member of our
leadership team, responsible for overseeing day-to-day office operations, supporting our
service and field teams, and ensuring excellent customer service. This role is essential to
maintaining efficient office processes and contributing to the overall success of our company.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily office operations and administrative functions
Answer phones, schedule appointments, and assist customers professionally
Manage service calls, dispatching, and technician scheduling
Prepare invoices, process payments, and manage accounts receivable
Maintain accurate customer records and job documentation
Order office supplies and manage vendor relationships
Support marketing efforts and maintain company website/social media updates
Assist with HR functions including onboarding and time tracking
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Provide general support to the team as needed
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in an office management or administrative role (plumbing or
construction industry a plus)
Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and general computer skills
Experience with scheduling software or service software a plus
High attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
Professional, positive attitude and team-orientated mindset
