Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the restaurant team to achieve operational excellence, ensuring high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness.
- Manage daily restaurant operations, including shift management, inventory control, and food safety compliance.
- Oversee food preparation, cooking processes, and food handling procedures to maintain consistency and quality.
- Supervise staff training, development, and performance evaluations to foster a motivated and skilled team.
- Handle POS systems for order processing, cash handling, and sales reconciliation.
- Monitor financial metrics including profit and loss analysis, budgeting, and cost control strategies to maximize profitability.
- Ensure adherence to health regulations, food safety standards, and sanitation protocols across all departments.
- Conduct interviews, manage staffing schedules, and oversee team training & development initiatives.
- Maintain excellent customer service standards by addressing guest feedback promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate with kitchen management on food production, special events, or promotions as needed.
Requirements
- Proven experience in quick service & fast food restaurant management or casual dining environments with supervisory responsibilities.
- Strong background in food industry operations including food preparation, culinary techniques, and kitchen management.
- Familiarity with POS systems.
- Demonstrated ability in inventory control, food safety management, and managing hospitality teams effectively.
- Excellent leadership skills with experience in team management, training & development, and supervising staff.
- Knowledge of managing profit & loss statements along with budgeting processes to ensure financial health of the restaurant.
- Exceptional communication skills suitable for managerial roles involving staff interviews, team leadership, and customer interactions.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, or holidays as required by restaurant operations.
- Experience in managing hospitality teams within hotel or catering settings is a plus; culinary or fine dining experience highly valued.

Pay: $48,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
