Junior Mechanical Engineer — Thermal & CAD Design

Launch your engineering career hands-on. At Vanguard Dynamics, you won't be stuck doing mindless paperwork—you’ll design real, high-stress thermal systems, perform structural FEA, and prototype complex mechanical hardware from day one.
What You'll Do:
- Create production-ready 3D models and manufacturing drawings for specialized fluid and thermal control components.
- Collaborate directly with senior staff on CAD modeling, tolerance analysis, and physical prototyping.
- Run FEA and thermal simulations to validate designs before fabrication.
What You Need:
- BS in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent experience).
- SolidWorks mastery is non-negotiable—you should be fluent in complex parts, assemblies, and detailed drafting.
- Strong fundamentals in thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, and core engineering physics.
- A practical, problem-solving mindset and a drive to build physical hardware.
Pay: $125,517.11 - $133,394.11 per year
