Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with special needs
Collaborate with staff, parents, and administrators to support student success
Assess student progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly
Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
Ensure compliance with school policies and state regulations
1 year experience in educational settings or equivalent
Relevant teaching certification for Special Education in Virginia
Minimum 1 year experience as a Special Education Teacher
Strong classroom management skills
