As a Primary Care Provider, you’ll deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care to adult patients — emphasizing prevention, health education, and continuity of care. You’ll collaborate with a supportive care team focused on quality outcomes, patient satisfaction, and work–life balance.
What You’ll Do:
Perform comprehensive medical assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
Diagnose and manage chronic and acute conditions.
Promote wellness through screenings, education, and preventive care.
Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and care coordinators.
Utilize modern electronic health records (EHR) and digital tools to streamline care.
No nights, weekends, or on-call – predictable, balanced schedule

Licensed MD or DO in Florida (or eligible)
Board certified/board eligible
Primary Care or Internal Medicine experience preferred
Excellent communication and clinical judgment

Current, unrestricted Florida Medical License (or ability to obtain).
Board Certification in Family Medicine (or Board Eligible).
Current State DEA Certificate.
Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Commitment to continuous medical education and staying current with advancements in family medicine.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Spanish language proficiency preferred, but not required.
Experience in a value-based or managed care setting is a plus.
