Bagel Shop Team Member / Front Counter Associate

We are looking for a friendly, dependable, and hardworking team member to join our busy bagel shop team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, providing excellent customer service, and being part of a team.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide friendly customer service
- Take customer orders accurately and process payments
- Prepare bagels, sandwiches, coffee drinks, and other menu items
- Help maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Restock inventory, supplies, and display items as needed
- Assist with opening and closing duties
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards
- Work efficiently during busy breakfast and lunch rushes
- Support teammates and help where needed
Qualifications:
- Previous food service experience preferred but not required
- Customer service or cashier experience is a plus
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and positive attitude
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25–40 pounds
- Food handling experience preferred
- Weekend availability is a Must
