We are launching our Reconstruction Division and hiring a Reconstruction Project Manager to help build it. This is not a maintenance role. This is a growth role.
We are looking for a performance-driven operator who can sell, write, and run reconstruction projects while helping establish the foundation for a scalable construction division. The right candidate has the ability to grow into a future Construction Division Manager role based on results.
What You Will Do
- Generate and develop reconstruction opportunities through referral relationships and networking
- Write accurate Xactimate estimates with defined turnaround expectations
- Manage projects from contract through final payment
- Oversee subcontractors, schedules, budgets, and job profitability
- Drive gross profit performance and margin control
- Maintain strong documentation and insurance compliance
- Deliver exceptional customer experience
This role follows a Sell. Write. Run. model. You are responsible for revenue, margin, and execution.
Qualifications
- 3–5+ years reconstruction project management experience
- Strong Xactimate proficiency required
- Insurance restoration experience required
- Understanding of IICRC standards and industry best practices
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and hit revenue targets
- Strong leadership and subcontractor management skills
- Financial awareness — job costing and gross profit management
Compensation
- Base Salary: $65,000–$75,000 + Commission (paid upon collection and margin achievement)
