Requirements

0-1 year of kitchen or sushi experience, or a genuine eagerness to learn sushi and Japanese cuisine

Legally authorized to work in the United States

Visa sponsorship is not provided

Food Handler Certification a plus (not required)

Full-time and part-time positions available

Payroll only (no cash pay)

Able to commute to East Village, Katagiri 59th St, and/or Katagiri Lexington Ave
Compensation & Benefits

$22–$33/hr (based on experience)

[Working Hours]
・Katagiri 59th St (Weekend): 8:00am–2:00pm
・Katagiri 59th St (Weekday): 9:00am–3:00pm
・Katagiri Lexington Ave (Weekend only): 8:00am–2:00pm
・East Village (Weekday) Morning shift: 6:00–7:00am start, until 12:00pm
・East Village (Weekday) Afternoon shift: 12:00pm start, until 8:00pm
※ Shift flexibility across locations a plus (weekday and/or weekend availability)
