Position Summary
The Senior Sales Representative is responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic account management, new business development, and advanced customer relationship management. This role serves as a key contributor to the sales team by identifying opportunities, closing high-value deals, and mentoring junior team members. The ideal candidate is highly self motivated, experienced, and skilled in consultative selling.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities.
- Manage and grow a book of business through regular outreach and strategic relationship
building.
- Conduct product presentations, proposals, and negotiations with decision-makers.
- Analyze sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to refine strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support customer onboarding, fulfillment, and service
needs.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to Junior Sales Representatives.
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records in customer relationship management (CRM) systems and
ensure timely follow-up.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of sales experience.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue goals.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage sales cycles and high-value accounts.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms, sales tools, Microsoft Office Suite.

- Industry experience in decorated apparel and/or promotional products.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
