As a Commercial HVAC/R Service Technician, you will:

Perform service, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair on commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems

Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues and recommend solutions
-
Complete work efficiently while maintaining high quality and safety standards

Communicate professionally with customers and represent the company with integrity

Work independently while collaborating with a supportive team

- Augusta, Portland, and Brunswick technicians are dispatched from home.
Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of documented experience in commercial HVAC/R service, 5 years of experienced is preferred
-
Propane/Natural Gas Basic License (Maine or New Hampshire)

Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record

Strong mechanical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Intermediate to advanced computer skills and willingness to learn new systems
