Role Summary
We are seeking a candidate who is passionate about embracing the beauty in everyone, with a customer service drive to create a safe and memorable corset experience and the attention to detail that strives for perfection. You will be working primarily as a client-facing sales associate in our boutique, which includes personal and digital clienteling. Technological aptitude is also a requirement as data entry and task management through cross-functional platforms are also key aspects of this role.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service experience around corset fittings and couture ensembles and accessories
- Build and maintain client engagement and communications in person as well as through email, phone call, or text
- Package and ship internal and external packages
- Maintain sales floor presentation standards
- Multi-platform data entry, task management and communication
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse customers and team members alike
- Emphasis on a customer-first experience in a high end, luxury setting
- Proven experience in retail sales, cashiering, or related customer service roles with supervisory experience preferred
- Technological aptitude
- Proficiency with POS systems, cash register operations, and retail math for accurate transactions and inventory management
- Knowledge of retail store product lines and merchandising strategies to optimize sales opportunities
- Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling, sales calculations, and stock counts
- Excellent phone and digital etiquette and customer service skills to create positive interactions both in person and over the phone
- Experience conducting product demos and upselling techniques to maximize revenue opportunities
Job Type
- Part Time, Full Time or Seasonal (open to discussion)
Shift Requirements
- 24 to 32 hours a week
- Weekends mandatory
Pay Range
- $19.61-$21 based on experience
