POSITION SUMMARY:

Answer telephones
-
Accurately monitor, record, and maintain student attendance records daily

Assist parents/students/staff as needed
-
Assist office by performing various duties such as word processing, telephone, and filing

Other duties as assigned to aid in smooth operation of the department

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism

Maintain a positive and professional demeanor when interacting with parents, students, and staff
-
This position requires regular and reliable in-person attendance
HOURS: Expected to work the school year calendar at 29 hours per week. Must be able to work 2 weeks prior to school starting and 1 week after school is dismissed.
