The Student Engagement TOSA supports administrators with students’ academic, social-emotional well-being, behavior, and post-secondary success, specifically through the AALPS program. This includes collaboration with BVSD Student Support Services, Legal, Safety & Security, School and District Administrators, Special Education, Attendance Advocates, Engagement Specialists, and some student programming. This position provides the academic, program oversight, and social-emotional support necessary to ensure a safe, supportive environment conducive to academic achievement and healthy personal development.

Facilitate and support students’ learning and engagement through the AALPS program.

Facilitate and oversee day-to-day operations at AALPS. Including student intake process to and from the home school, classroom management, grading, staff meetings, facilitating MTSS and progress monitoring of AALPS students, communication/coordination with school-based teams, and engagement specialists.

Serve on district committees.

Bachelor's Degree Required

Colorado Teaching License and Principal License
Minimum of five years of e- perience working with PK-12 students
Preferred:
Minimum of three years of e
- perience in PK-12 leadership
