Responsibilities
- Lead daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service delivery and adherence to quality standards.
- Manage and motivate staff through effective training, coaching, and development initiatives.
- Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation to guarantee consistency and excellence.
- Control inventory levels, monitor food costs, and implement efficient food management practices.
- Utilize Marco's proprietary POS MOMS (Marco's Order Management System) for accurate order processing, cash handling, and sales tracking.
- Supervise shift leaders, food safety compliance, and sanitation procedures to meet health regulations.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and foster a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
- Manage shift schedules, staffing levels, and labor costs to optimize operational efficiency.
- Conduct staff interviews, onboarding, and ongoing training to build a skilled and motivated team.
- Oversee budgeting activities, including cost control measures and financial reporting.
- Coordinate Local Store Marketing initiatives to work with local schools and businesses.
Qualifications
- Proven management experience within the food service industry, particularly in quick service & fast food or casual dining environments.
- Experience with POS systems and ability to learn technology quickly; strong cash handling skills.
- Demonstrated supervisory skills with the ability to lead diverse teams effectively.
- Strong understanding of food safety standards and health regulations; SNHD food handlers card required.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues diplomatically.
- Background in hospitality management with experience in QSR or hotel settings is advantageous.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $59,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
