River City Security & Investigations, LLC is seeking reliable and professional Part-Time / On-Call Unarmed Security Officers to join our growing team in the Chattanooga, TN area.
This role is ideal for individuals seeking a flexible work schedule or supplemental income. Officers will be called upon to cover open shifts, special events, and emergency call-outs on an as-needed basis.
To remain active with the company, officers are required to work at least one (1) shift per month.

Job Responsibilities:
- Patrol assigned areas and monitor for suspicious activity
- Enforce site-specific rules and procedures
- Respond to incidents and emergencies in a timely manner
- Complete detailed daily activity and incident reports
- Maintain professional communication with clients, staff, and the public
Requirements:
- Must currently hold a valid TN Guard License
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must be a U.S. citizen or legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- High school diploma or GED
- Must provide a background check and motor vehicle report upon hire
- Must submit to pre-employment and random drug testing
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must have strong report writing and basic computer skills
- Ability to stand, walk, stoop, and bend for extended periods
- Ability to work in all weather conditions
- Must be able to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be punctual, dependable, and able to self-manage
Preferred but not required:
- Military, law enforcement, or prior security experience
