HIRING: PERSONAL ASSISTANT — RESPECTFULLY UNSETTLED PODCAST
Respectfully Unsettled Podcast is looking for a reliable, organized, and professional Personal Assistant to support the founder and podcast production team.
This is a part-time, weekly paid position for someone who is consistent, communicative, professional, and comfortable working in a fast-paced content/production environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist on podcast filming days primarily Saturdays & Sundays, approximately 6 hours per filming day
- Help with errands and production-related tasks when needed
- Make sure podcast guests are comfortable and have what they need throughout filming
- Assist with social media tasks and content organization
- Help during content days, shoots, and other podcast-related activities
- Help keep filming days organized and running smoothly
- Attend and help facilitate weekly meetings with the Founder & Operations Manager
- Communicate updates, schedules, and tasks clearly with the team
- Assist with other administrative/production tasks as needed
- Must orgainzie records and production payments

- Comfortable interacting with guests, creators, and team members
- Able to take initiative and work independently
- Must have reliable transportation / a car
- Must be comfortable signing a confidentiality/NDA agreement
- Previous assistant, production, social media, or content experience is required
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
