Blinds by Noon is a fast-growing national window covering company partnering with major Big Box Retailers accross the Southeast. We specialize in custom blinds, shades, shutters, and in-home design services.
We are looking for an exceptional Office Operations / Order Processing Specialist to work directly alongside our leadership and support team in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
This role is critical to keeping sales, installations, customer communication, and order processing running smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Process and enter customer orders accurately
- Work closely with sales consultants, installers, vendors, and management
- Support Home Depot and Lowe’s account operations
- Handle customer service and problem resolution
- Assist salespeople with processing in-home sales and paperwork
- Review measurements, order details, and product specifications
- Track order statuses and communicate updates
- Coordinate with manufacturers and vendors regarding orders and issues
- Manage CRM updates and customer records
- Assist with scheduling and installation coordination
- Handle invoice processing, chargebacks, and operational paperwork
- Maintain organized digital files and documentation
- Support day-to-day office operations in a fast-moving environment
Qualifications
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel)
- Experience with order entry, data entry, or customer account management
- CRM experience preferred (Salesforce/Cilio experience is a plus)
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills
- Highly detail-oriented and organized
- Ability to multitask and problem-solve under pressure
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Comfortable adapting to new products, systems, and processes
- Experience working with vendors, customers, installers, or national accounts preferred
- Basic CAD knowledge is helpful but not required
