Job Description
Position Objective: The Final Finish Foreman is responsible for overseeing and performing final finishing work, ensuring all interior and exterior details meet quality standards and project specifications. This role leads a team of technicians, coordinates daily tasks, and serves as the primary point of contact for final phase execution and completion.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise final finish technicians to ensure high-quality workmanship and productivity
- Coordinate daily schedules, assignments, and project priorities with management
- Perform detailed finishing tasks including touch-ups, repairs, cleaning, and installations
- Inspect completed work to ensure compliance with project specifications and company standards
- Identify deficiencies and direct corrective actions to meet deadlines
- Train and mentor team members on proper techniques, safety practices, and quality expectations
- Maintain tools, equipment, and materials in safe and organized condition
- Ensure adherence to all safety policies and procedures
- Other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Educational Requirements:
- High school diploma/GED
- Minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience
- Previous experience in construction or manufacturing

- This role requires extensive physical activity, including standing, walking, bending, kneeling, climbing, and reaching throughout the workday. The position involves lifting and carrying materials, using hand and power tools, and working in environments that may include dust, noise, and varying temperatures.
