Are you an experienced multi-craft technician looking for a senior-level role where you can lead, mentor, and drive real continuous improvement? We are seeking an Electro-Mechanical Technician to join our fast-paced manufacturing facility.
In this key role, you won't just fix equipment—you will serve as the technical authority for our high-speed packaging lines, electrical distribution, and automated systems. Working directly alongside management, you’ll troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical failures, optimize our CMMS, and help elevate the skills of junior mechanics and operators on the shop floor.

Responsibilities
Technical Leadership & Mentorship: Provide daily hands on training to Machine Operators and Mechanics while assisting management in optimizing maintenance procedures and equipment reliability.
Advanced Troubleshooting: Diagnose, repair, and perform advanced mechanical and electrical maintenance on high speed packaging equipment, electrical panels, power distribution, motors, drives, and conveyor systems.
System Optimization: Program and troubleshoot PLCs, operator interfaces, electronic controls, and pneumatic networks to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
Preventive Maintenance & CMMS: Execute scheduled PMs, maintain detailed logs of equipment repairs and parts usage, and log machine adjustments.
Safety First: Strict adherence to OSHA guidelines, ensuring proper daily startup/shutdown procedures, safe electrical work practices, and continuous enforcement of company safety policies.
