OneDrive Administrator / Engineer
Responsible for administration, support, and governance of enterprise personal cloud storage.
Required Skillset:
- Administer and support enterprise Microsoft OneDrive environments including provisioning, storage quotas, and sync policies
- Manage file migration from network drives, NAS, and legacy storage platforms into OneDrive
- Configure sharing policies, external collaboration controls, and secure file access
- Troubleshoot sync client, permissions, versioning, and file recovery issues
- Implement security controls including DLP, encryption, conditional access, and ransomware recovery
- Experience with PowerShell, endpoint management, and user adoption support
