GEOTECHNICAL / CIVIL ENGINEER
DRGeoES, LLC is seeking an experienced Geotechnical / Civil Engineer to manage moderate to highly complex geotechnical projects. This position requires strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and a commitment to exceeding client expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong internal and external client relationships through project and non-project-related meetings.
- Lead and mentor technical and project teams.
- Prepare proposals for moderate to complex projects.
- Develop comprehensive engineering reports that provide professional opinions and practical geotechnical solutions.
- Perform engineering analyses using company and industry methodologies and standards.
- Provide guidance, training, and work direction to junior engineering staff.
- Create, manage, and communicate project budgets.
- Successfully manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
- Support business development initiatives and foster long-term client relationships.

Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Geotechnical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related engineering field.
- Minimum of seven (3-4) years of geotechnical engineering experience within a professional consulting environment, with demonstrated project experience and defined roles.
- Proven experience in project management, client relationship management, and business development.
- Experience leading and providing direction to junior engineers and technical staff.
- Valid driver's license required.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in Louisiana, or the ability to obtain licensure within six (6) months of hire.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
