Allied OneSource is hiring dedicated Special Education Teachers for the 2026–2027 school year. Join our team as a contracted educator supporting a partner school district in Upper Darby, PA. Openings are available at the elementary, middle, and high school levels.
What You’ll Do
- Provide specialized instruction aligned with students' IEP goals
- Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Adapt curriculum, instructional methods, and classroom materials to meet diverse learning needs
- Collaborate with general education teachers, related service providers, administrators, and families
- Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation
- Foster an inclusive, supportive, and engaging learning environment
- Ensure compliance with all district, state, and federal special education requirements
What You Need
- Valid Pennsylvania Special Education teaching certification (required)
- Authorization to work as a Special Education Teacher in Pennsylvania
- Experience working with students with diverse learning needs preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
- Ability to support students across academic, behavioral, and social-emotional domains
- Commitment to inclusive, student-centered education
