Overview
Join our dynamic construction team as a Mason Tender, where your skills will be essential in supporting masonry and concrete projects across diverse sites. As a Mason Tender, you will assist with various tasks that ensure the smooth progression of construction activities, from preparing materials to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. Duties
- Assist masons with concrete forming, rebar installation, and finishing to ensure precise and durable structures
- Prepare and organize hand tools, power tools, and materials needed for daily tasks on-site
- Operate heavy equipment and power tools safely under supervision to aid in site preparation and material handling
- Mix, pour, and finish concrete surfaces while adhering to project specifications and safety standards
- Assist with installation of stucco, trim carpentry, tile laying, caulking, plastering, and other masonry-related finishes
- Maintain cleanliness of the worksite by organizing materials, disposing of debris, and ensuring safety protocols are followed
Experience
- Prior experience working on construction sites with exposure to masonry or concrete projects is highly preferred
- Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment operation, and safety procedures in a construction environment
- Knowledge of various masonry techniques including concrete finishing
- Strong understanding of construction safety standards and protocols to maintain a secure work environment

Pay: $29.00 - $45.00 per hour
